The certification is based on a survey in which employees evaluate their workplace on a number of criteria, including well-being, trust in management and opportunities for career development. The survey shows that 100% of the employees at ColliCare feel that they make a difference in the workplace and that the management trusts that they do a good job. At the same time, fully 90% of the employees believe that the management shows a sincere interest in them as a person, that they can be themselves in the workplace and that as a newcomer to the workplace, you feel welcome.
All in all, ColliCare Logistics is an example of a company that takes responsibility for creating a good working environment for our employees, and the certification as GPTW is proof that our hard work is worth it!
